# Form builder

### Overview

A **form builder** is a tool that lets you easily create online forms without needing to know how to code. You can use it to make forms for things like collecting customer information, signing people up for events, or getting feedback.

With a form builder, you simply drag and drop different elements—like text boxes, checkboxes, or dropdown menus—onto the form. You can customize it by adding questions or fields that you want people to fill out. Once your form is ready, you can share it online, and when people submit their responses, you’ll see all the information neatly organized in one place.
